This project was created to aid the Cuba Rada institute in helping amputees in Cuba by delivering much needed medicines and medical supplies. As a part of our Network for Humanitarian Aid program, Fundación Amistad is hoping to deliver much needed supplies for this project on our next trip to Cuba. Fundación Amistad has already purchased much of the basic medications needed, but the project is still in need of wheelchairs, prosthetics for the amputees (mostly consisting of young children), and school books for these patients.
